1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between BCB88B ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the services available at bcb88b.cam ("you", "the Member", "the User"). BCB88B operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving members primarily within Malaysia.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the BCB88B platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

BCB88B reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the BCB88B website accessible at bcb88b.cam, its mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated applications or services provided by BCB88B.
• "Member" or "User" means any individual who has completed account registration on the Platform and whose account is in an active, suspended, or closed state.
• "Account Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's BCB88B account at any given point in time, inclusive of deposits, winings, and applicable bonus credits, less withdrawals, wagers, and applicable deductions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, bonus balance, free bet, or reward credited to a Member's account under BCB88B's promotional schemes, which may be subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and eligibility verification procedures required by BCB88B, including submission of government-issued identification documents such as the Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum betting turnover that must be achieved on a Member's account before Bonus Funds or associated winings may be converted to withdrawable cash balances.
• "Payment Method" means any financial instrument used to deposit or withdraw funds on the Platform, including but not limited to Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed under applicable local law.

3 Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain a BCB88B account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. BCB88B strictly prohibits underage gambling in all forms.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not already hold an active BCB88B account. Each individual is permitted a maximum of one (1) account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or permanently banned from the BCB88B platform for violations of these Terms.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location of residence.
7. You must not be acting as an agent or proxy for any third party in registering for or using an account.

4 Account Registration & KYC

When registering for a BCB88B account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. BCB88B relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process your transactions, and maintain the security of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

BCB88B implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. As part of this process, you may be required to submit:

• A clear, legible copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or an equivalent government-issued photo identification document;
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account showing your name and account number);
• Proof of address, where required (e.g., utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months);
• Any additional documentation BCB88B reasonably determines to be necessary for identity or source-of-funds verification.

KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal may be processed. BCB88B reserves the right to suspend or close accounts and withold associated balances where satisfactory KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. BCB88B will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

5 Deposits & Payments

BCB88B accepts deposits through the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Accepted payment methods currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and other participating institutions), 7-Eleven Cliq, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Accepted methods are subject to change and BCB88B does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment channel.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. BCB88B does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered Member may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances are denominated in MYR. No currency conversion fees are applied by BCB88B to standard deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may apply independent fees which are outside BCB88B's control.

BCB88B reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account, particularly for large or unusual deposit volumes. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal rights pending review.

6 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of available (non-bonus) funds from their BCB88B account at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved prior to the release of any withdrawal;
• Any active Bonus Funds applicable to your account balance must have met their full wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted;
• Your requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your account's applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits as displayed in the Cashier;
• Your account must be in good standing with no active fraud flags, disputes, or security investigations;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name, consistent with your depositing method where applicable.

BCB88B targets the following processing timelines for withdrawal requests: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are processed within 5 minutes under normal conditions; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are processed within 5–15 minutes; standard bank wire transfers are processed within 15–60 minutes. These are target timelines and do not constitute guarantees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

BCB88B does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. For cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) withdrawals, standard blockchain network fees apply and are the Member's responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

BCB88B offers various promotional incentives to Members including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses, reload bonuses, referal bonuses, and loyalty tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the respective offer at the time of activation.

The following general conditions apply to all BCB88B bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds may only be used for wagering on eligible games or markets as specified per promotion. They may not be withdrawn directly as cash.
• Bonus winings become withdrawable only after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• BCB88B reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus at any time if it determines the bonus has been claimed in abuse of these Terms or through multi-accounting.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any given time unless BCB88B expressly specifies otherwise.
• Referal bonuses are credited to the referring Member's account only after the referred new Member has completed KYC, made their first qualifying deposit, and met any applicable minimum activity thresholds.
• BCB88B's Birthday Bonus programme is available to verified Members whose tier status is active at the time of their birthday month. The applicable bonus amount is determined by the Member's tier level at the time of credit.

8 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on the BCB88B platform are final once confirmed by the system. BCB88B does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except under the following limited circumstances:

• Where a manifest technical error has occurred resulting in a materially incorrect odds display at the time of bet placement;
• Where an event has been cancelled or abandoned prior to the applicable settlement trigger, in accordance with the relevant sport's settlement rules;
• Where BCB88B determines that a wager was placed on an event after its result was already known (late bet).

BCB88B reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from human error, technical malfunction, or data feed error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account in full. BCB88B's decision on void settlements is final.

For live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, and others), the outcome determined by the live dealer and confirmed by the game system is final and binding. Disputes relating to live dealer outcomes must be raised with BCB88B's support team within 24 hours of the relevant game round, together with the applicable game round ID or transaction reference.

Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. BCB88B does not manipulate slot outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BCB88B platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of pending and historical wagers, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one BCB88B account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to exploit game outcomes, bonus structures, or wagering patterns to the detriment of the Platform or other players;
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms or markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, particularly where this exploits promotional odds or bonus offers;
• Money Laundering: Using BCB88B to deposit, wager, withdraw, and recycle funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds. BCB88B is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities;
• Fraud: Any attempt to use stolen payment credentials, falsified identity documents, chargeback fraud, or other deceptive means to manipulate account balances or extract funds;
• Software Exploitation: Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence agents, or any third-party software to interact with BCB88B's platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Underage Access: Knowingly facilitating or assisting an individual under the age of 21 in accessing, registering for, or using the BCB88B platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the BCB88B platform, including but not limited to the BCB88B name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations ("BCB88B Content"), is the exclusive property of BCB88B or its licensed content partners. BCB88B Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use BCB88B Content for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with lawful use of the Platform. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any BCB88B Content withoutB88B's prior written consent.

Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names of third-party payment providers referenced on the Platform (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and DuitNow) are the property of their respective owners. BCB88B's reference to these brands does not imply any ownership claim or affiliation beyond payment integration arrangements.

11 Limitation of Liability

BCB88B's liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net deposited funds in the Member's account at the time the claim arises, excluding any Bonus Funds or disputed amounts.

BCB88B shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, regardless of whether BCB88B was advised of the possibility of such loss.

BCB88B does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BCB88B shall not be liable for interruptions to service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

Nothing in this Agreement limits BCB88B's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

12 Responsible Gambling

BCB88B is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults and should never be viewed as a reliable source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties.

BCB88B provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may apply a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly loss threshold, after which betting functionality is automatically suspended for the remainder of the applicable period.
• Session Limits: Members may set maximum continuous session durations, after which the platform will prompt a break.
• Cool-Off Periods: Members may voluntarily suspend their account for a temporary period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) during which no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe they have developed a problem with gambling may request permanent self-exclusion from the BCB88B platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

BCB88B reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by BCB88B;
• Submission of false, falsified, or third-party identity documents;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Member against BCB88B through a payment provider;
• Requests initiated by the Member for self-exclusion or account closure;
• Regulatory requirement or direction by a competent authority;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceding 12 months, following reasonable notice to the Member's registered email address.

Where an account is closed at the Member's request and there are no outstanding disputes or investigations, BCB88B will return the verified cash balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the Member's registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Where an account is closed by BCB88B due to a breach of these Terms, BCB88B reserves the right to withold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any relevant investigation. If BCB88B determines that the breach involved fraudulent conduct, criminal activity, or material misrepresentation, BCB88B may forfeit the account balance in its entirety.

14 Amendments to These Terms

BCB88B reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, BCB88B will make reasonable efforts to notify active Members by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to the Member's registered email address prior to the effective date of such changes.

It is each Member's responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the BCB88B platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree to any amendment made to these Terms, you must notify BCB88B and cease using the platform. You may request closure of your account as described in Section 13, and BCB88B will return your eligible balance accordingly.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the BCB88B platform shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operational jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between a Member and BCB88B arising from or related to these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform, both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally through BCB88B's customer support channels as first step.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable timeframe, BCB88B and the Member agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under procedures specified by BCB88B at the time of the dispute. Nothing in this clause prevents BCB88B from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate action is required to prevent harm to the Platform or its members.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
